- Comprehensive support to both founders, managing diaries, travel, and priorities
- Handling private PA duties as required
- Assisting with the management of hospitality venues and ongoing projects
- Acting as a key liaison with suppliers, accountants, lawyers, and external stakeholders
- Maintaining records on bookings, supplier contracts, and operational costs
- Taking ownership of ad hoc office management tasks to support a smooth-running business
- Running errands, handling mail, and overseeing general administrative tasks
- Conducting research, document preparation, and contact sourcing
- Previous EA/PA experience working in a similar setting
- A team-player mentality with excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- A positive, can-do attitude with a high-energy outlook
- Experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential – training provided
- A keen eye for detail – an interest in events or customer experience is a bonus!
