Executive Assistant to support one of the Founding Partners / Immediate Start

Hybrid working set up - 3 days in the office / 2wfh

Location - Mayfair, West End

We are looking for a bright, smart, highly professional and polished Executive Assistant to come on board and provide seamless support to one of the founding Partners (80%) and to provide support to one other Consultant (20%).

You will work within a close knit environment, which is fast paced, client driven and no two days are the same.

Your main duties:

  • High level diary management - liaising at senior level.
  • Global, complex travel arrangements.
  • Preparing documentation - reports, schedules, proposals.
  • Working with internal teams across the function.
  • Ad-hoc research projects.
  • Co-ordination and management of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate:

  • Solid experience at senior level within a professional international environment.
  • Professional presentation and manner with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and diplomatic.
  • Able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Gain a real understanding of the business.
  • Proactive, able to use your initiative and be ahead of the game.
  • Fine eye for detail along with excellent IT skills.
  • Flexible working approach.
  • Real team player.
