This assistant to the Executive board role is supporting a small team of busy company secretaries who work with a variety of clients. The hybrid role is based in Hammersmith and will involve 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Client Details

The client is an SME who deal with a variety of clients for a variety of tasks. They are based between Hammersmith and Kensington Olympia and are looking for an assistant to work for the board on a variety of administrative tasks.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Arranging meetings and managing diaries for the senior leadership team
  • Booking travel
  • Drafting and circulating agendas
  • Assisting with collating documentation for client meetings
  • Helping on a variety of projects with different leaders
  • Attending meetings with senior clients and taking minutes
  • Writing reports
  • Managing the office and suppliers
  • Maintaining filing system and updating where applicable
  • Other Administrative tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will-

  • Have solid Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Have solid experience in an EA role previously, supporting senior stakeholders
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proactive in their approach, acting on their own initiative
  • Be resilient and hard working in their approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate in their work
  • Be deadline driven
  • Be client focused and service orientated
