Our client is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to join their Corporate Investment Bank in EMEA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling internal and external clients, and performing various administrative tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a common-sense approach due to the demanding nature of the role.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant within the Corporate Investment Bank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you manage high volume email correspondence and perform advanced diary management. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, showcasing your professionalism at all times. Your ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will handle expense processing and become an integral part of the business by understanding group priorities and expectations. Your responsibilities will also include managing meetings and conference calls as well as performing general administration duties.

  • Manage complex, high volume email correspondence
  • Perform advanced, proactive diary management
  • Handle both internal and external clients professionally
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements within policy guidelines
  • Process coverage expenses through Concur, reimbursement, personal amounts owing and monthly account reconciliations
  • Become an integral part of the business, understanding group priorities and expectations
  • Manage internal/external meetings, conference calls, telepresence/Blue Jeans
  • Perform general administration duties such as room bookings, filing, photocopying, stationery ordering and business cards
