Float Executive Assistant - Equity Research

Our client is seeking a versatile, charismatic, and adaptable Float Executive Assistant to join one of the top-ranked Research departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a relatively inexperienced EA who is keen to learn and build up their skills within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide the highest level of support to top-ranked analyst teams based in London, managing and coordinating extensive European and International travel, assisting with marketing plans, maintaining effective relationships with clients, and handling various administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

As a Float Executive Assistant in Equity Research, your role will be multifaceted. You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating extensive travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiencies at all times. You'll assist with marketing plans, identifying conflicts or opportunities for marketing, conference attendance, client roadshows and necessary travel. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you act as a contact point for the team, building an excellent rapport to maintain effective relationships. You'll also handle various administrative tasks such as processing expenses, organizing events, providing assistance with research products, and dealing with ad hoc requests.

  • Manage and coordinate extensive European and International travel
  • Assist with the teams' marketing plan
  • Ensure all messages are passed on in an efficient/appropriate manner
  • Act as a contact point and ambassador for the team
  • Manage, coordinate and process all expenses in a timely manner for all analysts
  • Organize events including client lunches, roundtable dinners with guest speakers, conferences
  • Provide assistance with teams' Research product when required
  • Deal with numerous ad hoc internal and external client requests for data etc and general ad hoc tasks
