- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling meetings and client visits
- Screening calls and visitors
- Coordinating travel arrangements including complex multi-step itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Filing and maintaining documents
- Primary liaison for Executives, representing them to contacts
- Prepare materials for meetings
- Answer technical questions in Executive’s absence
- Manage ad hoc responsibilities without disrupting workflow
- Participate in regular admin/operations meetings to understand needs of department to provide effect cover
- A Level’s (or equivalent) is essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment
- Proficient mathematical ability
- Autonomous but collaborative
- High attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, organised and able to prioritise
- Have an in-depth understanding of investment processes to deal with complex, time-sensitive and confidential matters
