A leading French international company in the finance sector is looking for a French speaking Executive and Team Assistant for their London office. You will be responsible for providing proactive and reliable administrative support to the assigned individuals and teams. In this hybrid role as an Executive and Team Assistant, you will be able to work from home on Fridays.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management, travel arrangements and meetings' coordination
- Administrative support contributing to committee's meetings
- Invoicing monthly expenses and liaising with finance departments
- General administration and commercial support duties
About you:
The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience dealing with high-profile clients and working in an Executive Assistant role in a corporate environment (Financial services sector preferable but not mandatory). You will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day-to-day responsibilities, while being diplomatic and able to handle confidential information. Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
- Previous experience in administration as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
- Able to work independently within a small team.
