Highly successful, established global Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair are currently recruiting an exceptional Team Executive Assistant to support 8 investment professionals. Your team are experienced, friendly and sociable and looking for an EA used to providing high level team support, able to liaise effortlessly with HNW clients with gravitas confidence. Key duties:

  • Classic business support duties to 8 finance professionals including Partner level
  • Extensive complex diary management
  • Arranging UK and international travel, visa, itineraries
  • Inbox and calendar management
  • Organising high profile client meetings, collating agenda points/documents
  • Creating high level reports and presentations
  • Liaising extensively with HNWCs on behalf of your team
  • Assisting with research and projects
  • Organising client events

Ideal candidate:

  • Ideally 2-4 years Team Assistant/EA experience
  • Boutique Finance/Hedge Fund experience ideally Private Equity
  • Immaculately presented
  • Experience of dealing with UHNWCs
  • Proactive, a team player used to working in a fast-paced culture under pressure
  • Ideally graduate/graduate calibre or secretarially trained e.g. Quest/OMBS
