This is an exciting opportunity to support the CEO, CFO, and Non-Executive Chair during a 12-month maternity cover. Based in West London, this role offers a blend of office and home working.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working at a senior level, and is confident managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting with investor relations and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for the CEO and CFO, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries, while managing the travel budget for the leadership team.
- Handle administrative tasks, including processing expenses, arranging catering, and organising internal meetings.
- Prepare presentations and collate information to support company strategy execution.
- Act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication.
Board Support:
- Coordinate and prepare monthly Board papers and ensure timely distribution.
- Arrange Board member travel and manage meeting schedules, catering, and expenses.
Investor Relations:
- Support investor relations activities, including coordinating company results and presentations.
- Collaborate with external advisors and PR teams to ensure effective communication of corporate updates.
Line Management:
- Oversee and provide support to the Admin and Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations.
Person Specification
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
- Ability to produce professional and impactful presentations.
- Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
