Role Overview:An opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and proactive, italian speaking Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer, who joined the company earlier this year. This role will work in tandem with another experienced Executive Assistant and will focus exclusively on business-related responsibilities, with no private tasks involved.

This position is well-suited to a PA with fluent italian, looking to take the next step in their career, possessing at least two years of experience. preferably within the financial sector. This PA role offers a pathway for career advancement, with the potential to transition into an Investor Relations position for those with the ambition to grow.

Key Duties:

  • Delivering seamless executive support, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling documentation
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and logistical arrangements
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and business materials
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external contacts
  • Providing general administrative assistance as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a PA role
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a polished, professional demeanour
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
