Junior Assistant Manager – Shoreditch £26,000

A unique business in Shoreditch, known for its quirky atmosphere, is seeking an Jnr Assistant Manager. This quality bar offers great food in a relaxed environment and is looking for someone hands-on and passionate about the industry to manage the day-to-day operations of their high-volume venue.

About the position

Supporting the GM with overseeing the day-to-day management of the venue
Responsible, health and safety, atmosphere management and team leadership!
Work with GM to oversee all drinks stock management, P&L, budgeting, training and Marketing!

The Ideal Candidate

Must love being hands on!
Love for food & drinks – service standards is key
Understands fast passed environment with BIG drinks sales!
Very much a people person, enjoying being on the floor and not stuck in the office.
Team leading skills and an exceptional communicator!
Having strong stock and financial knowledge
Must have experience in a London venue or events space!
