Junior Legal PA

City of London - Hybrid working post probationary period

c. £30k – salary negotiable dependent on experience

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Exciting, fast paced and exclusive administrative role within a well- established legal firm working as a Personal Assistant working in the buzzy heart of the City! Working on a full time, permanent basis, but with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following the successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, with a ‘flexi-hours’ pattern, this company value your work/life balance and want their employees to be happy, which is why their workforce are so stable!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant keen to work for a market leading organisation who services corporate clients.

Duties for the Personal Assistant role include:

  • Proactively carrying out general administrative tasks associated within the relevant area.
  • Extensive document management, proof reading and creation.
  • Dealing with a range of commercial clients, offering a first point of contact, communicating clearly and with confidence to ensure accurate information exchange and following of instructions.
  • Dealing with invoices.
  • Offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders including fellow PAs.
  • Any other additional tasks and duties as required to support the wider business.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • A good academic record – educated to A Level standard as a minimum
  • Some office based administrative experience working experience within a long-term role demonstrating loyalty to an employer – no job hoppers please!
  • A calm, confident demeanour with a cheerful and positive personality even when working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • An excellent grasp of the English language with the ability to write well with good grammar and spelling
  • Excellent communication skills, able to speak in a polished, articulate fashion
  • Good MS Office skills, in particular Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Good timekeeping and organisation skills
  • A good understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection
  • An interest in law
