Executive Assistant – Central LondonLocation: W1, LondonSalary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced and growing property development and investment business based in Central London. With over 25 years of industry experience, this is a well-established company offering a dynamic and collaborative environment.This role will suit an organised, proactive, and confident EA who thrives on responsibility, can juggle multiple tasks, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach. You will act as a key support to the Managing Director and play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Director’s inbox and diary, responding on their behalf and ensuring efficient communication
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings (internal and external), attend when required, and take minutes
  • Draft correspondence and follow up on actions and communications
  • Prepare and process invoices, liaise with bookkeepers, and support financial tasks including payroll, expenses, and reconciliations
  • Maintain and update internal CRM systems and databases
  • Conduct AML checks and manage both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and oversee day-to-day office operations including IT and supplies
  • Support with HR responsibilities such as onboarding, training, and attendance tracking
  • Oversee updates to the company website and assist with personal matters for the Managing Director as required
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting at C-suite level
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the property industry and working knowledge of AML procedures are desirable
