We are on the hunt for an Executive Assistant Support Worker to provide direct support to the Head of Programmes who is visually impaired. Although you will not be working for the company per say you will be working within the company supporting the head of programmes with her role.

About the role

No two days are the same, this a face-paced position with often conflicting priorities moving from one task to another with a mix of buisness and personal activities to support. Therefore you could be putting together a proposal one minute and booking a holiday with a full itenary within the next. Our Head of Programmes is a strong, straight-talking leader who is meticulous and favours those that can pay attention to detail. This is a confidential role as you will be dealing with both personal and business matters. The successful candidate would be working in a team of 15 but solely responsible to the Head of Programmes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Arranging, planning & coordinating meetings and social events
  • Organising travel itineraries and handling expenses
  • Support meetings and minute taking as required
  • Handling administration on behalf of the Head of Programmes, including presentations, CRM uploads, email correspondence etc.
  • Escorting Head of Programmes to and from meetings as required around London. This may also inlcude after working hours but this is minimal
  • You will be expected to work with our Head of Programmes home (tbc) to assist with personal support at home which is varied
  • Proactive in assiting Head of Programmes

About you:

  • Empathy working with somebody who is less able but only from a visibility perspective
  • Previous experience working in an admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Efficient typing skills (minimum of 50wpm)
  • Computer literate: software that will be utilised will be Salesforce, Microsoft
  • Ability to ensure activities and tasks are completed within time frames
  • Problem solver
  • Empathetic
  • Considerate

The role is duel based with the candidate needing to operate from our office near Canary Wharf office as well as travelling to the home of the Manager to continue supporting her administrative needs.
