PA

I am looking for a PA to join an established fast moving tech company. You will be supporting the CEO and COO with their very busy schedules in fabulous offices based near to Liverpool Street. This role will be client facing as they have a lot of visitors to the office.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.

3 / 4 days in the office is needed.

THE ROLE

  • Coordinate/manage the diaries for the CEO and his directors, proactively managing meeting schedules for external and inhouse meetings.
  • Attend and track meeting actions and coordinate responses, prepare agendas for Executive and Wider Leadership Team meetings.
  • With guidance, prepare meeting decks and proactively coordinate necessary input from stakeholders on behalf of the CEO/COO.
  • Own travel arrangements for the executive group (including travel itineraries/ground transport/accommodation etc) and adhoc support for the wider company, ensuring a range of cost-effective suppliers and discounts is maintained for all geographies.
  • In conjunction with Marketing and or HR take ownership for Customer entertaining events, and internal employee summer/seasonal functions, all-hands and leadership off-sites.
  • Create, participate and run a London office squad to keep the office organised, replenished and managed.
  • Manage own expenses and where required, manage expenses for executive team in line with existing policies and procedures.
  • Adhoc project work as and when required.

Necessary Skills/Competencies

  • Fluent in English with a high level of verbal & numerical reasoning ability (will be tested)
  • Self-assured, confident communicator used to working autonomously/being self sufficient
  • Absolute discretion when working with confidential information.
  • Able to work through ambiguity, and at speed without losing quality.
  • Good project management and organisational skills.
  • Natural problem solver who can remain calm under pressure.
