This is a fantastic role within a well-established accountancy firm providing expert financial and tax services. They are seeking an adept and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support their London Partners and senior team.Role Overview:The PA will provide key administrative support to the Partners and senior team, assist with client onboarding processes and manage various office management tasksThe role is primarily based in their London office (located close to Charing Cross Station), with occasional flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to their Kent offices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level PA support to London-based partners and senior team members.
  • Assist in drafting templated legal documents.
  • Support client onboarding, including ID verification and compliance checks.
  • Handle front-of-house duties such as answering phones, managing meetings, and scanning post.
  • Take on additional office management and administrative duties, such as billing, insurance renewals, setting up client bank payments, and assisting with client issues.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a PA in a professional services environment (law firm or accountancy firm experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable supporting client onboarding processes, including ID verification.
  • Willingness to assist with general office management tasks.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Predominantly office-based, but with flexibility to work from home when no client meetings are scheduled.
  • Must live within driving distance of their Kent office for initial training and occasional team anchor days.
