A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support the UK Director of a global consultancy. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Director's office, providing administrative support, and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's schedule, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, coordinating logistics, and attending to minute-taking and note-taking duties.
  • Communicate messages and information to the Director and on their behalf, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary.
  • Prioritize and respond to emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents for the Director, including meeting notes, contact lists, and project files.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and messages.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to multitask, handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines with ease.
  • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

This role is also open to dynamic graduates as well as experienced PA / Executive Assistance.

Based predominately remotely with occasional travel to London.
