Dedicate recruitment is seeking a self-starter to support the CEO and CFO in this new role of PA to the senior leadership team. Due to the creation of this small multi academy Trust, the senior leadership has been restructured and require support on an administrative level.

Reporting to the CEO, the PA's duties will include:

  • To be responsible for the provision of professional and efficient administrative service to the CEO and CFO
  • Preparing reports, policies, and documents for all governing body committee meetings.
  • To be forward thinking, proactive, and innovative when providing a professional support service to the Senior Leadership Team
  • To co-ordinate, organise and manage the CEO's diary and professional appointments, make decisions around priorities and ensure they are suitably prepared.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders effectively and efficiently.

On a personal note, the PA will be educated to GCSE level, including English & Maths, a qualification in administration or ICT is desirable.

You will be highly organised and able to think one step ahead of the team, be a self starter who can manage multiple workstreams at one time. You will bring a flexible approach, first class communication and written skills and be proficient on MS Applications.

This is a full time, term time only role although a short commitment is required in the summer holidays due to a move of premises.

The client is open to flexible working hours at the start of the role which will develop into a 35 hour working week once established.
