Personal Assistant to Senior Director

£46,000- £50,000( ad hoc 1 day flexible working)

Our client, a boutique property company with an enviable market reputation, is seeking a proactive, agile and professional PA to provide support to a Senior Director and Partner. This is a varied and diverse role in a fast paced environment, which will see you managing complex diaries, constantly changing calendar schedules and working directly with a broad range of stakeholders and clients.

Our client is keen to meet candidates who have had prior experience supporting at Director level, ideally on a one to one basis, and who have had corporate PA experience.

  • Calendar management: short/long term diary planning, booking lunches, meetings, calls, IR meetings
  • Sense checking meetings: arranging travel and papers prepared in advance where possible
  • Inbox management; monitoring, flagging, and responding
  • Have excellent knowledge of internal and external stakeholders and consultants
  • Work closely with other PAs especially in the office ensuring best practices throughout the office
  • Have a good knowledge of administrative and operating policies and procedures
