PERSONAL ASSISTANT  We are seeking a Personal Assistant for a one-month temporary assignment to cover sick leave at one of the world’s leading broadcasters. This hybrid role will provide you with the chance to support a major broadcasting corporation that delivers content to inform, educate, and entertain. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant. The position offers a competitive hourly rate.  PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing back-to-back diaries for one of the Heads of departments
  • Flagging important emails and responding on behalf of the executive
  • Coordinating travel, including visa bookings and organising international and domestic travel
  • Handling expenses and invoicing processes
  • Assisting with project and event management
  • Overseeing and maintaining the internal filing system
  • Managing and updating internal CRM systems
  • Ensuring clear verbal and written communication while working in a diverse environment
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience
  • Must be immediately available
  • Experience within the Media and Entertainment sector as an Assistant or creative industries
  • Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience supporting Director level or higher
  • Happy to be based in the office 3 days per week, but must be flexible
