- Manage and organise the Head’s diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other communications.
- Assist in organising school events and meetings, including logistics, attendee management, and material preparation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Head, liaising with staff, parents, and external contacts.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the Head with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
