Leading Investment Banking company is seeking an experienced PA to Managing Directors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and excellent teamwork skills.
This role will be based in Central London 5 days in office 9am to 6pm.
Duties Include:
- Diary, travels and events management
- Take and screen phone calls
- General system management
- Generate invoices, orders and expenses
You will be excellent at coordinating a busy schedule and adapting to a range of working styles and approaches.
The PA will show an advanced knowledge of all Microsoft software and an outstanding attention to detail as well as a friendly and outgoing disposition.
