JRRL are thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic and growing consultancy to recruit a Personal Assistant who will support their Senior Leadership Team, including the Managing Director.
This is a newly created position, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a role their own. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of both business and occasional personal tasks, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities of the PA to Senior Team:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, especially the Managing Director.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks, including managing schedules, appointments and errands.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and event planning.
- Handle personal correspondence and communications.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of important information.
- Organise and coordinate board meetings, including logistics, catering, and technology setup.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Maintain and organise confidential files and records.
- Assist with planning and executing company events and functions.
Key Skills & Experience required for PA to Senior Team:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Secretary.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The PA to the senior team is a full time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
