Investigo are currently partnering with a fast growing PE backed technology business, who are searching for a Personal Assistant / EA to the CEO & Founder. This role is supporting x2 Board members who have very busy, challenging and changing schedules. The company has an incredible culture, vibrant office and team collaboration.

Location: South West London (Westfield), x3 days in the office x2 working from home

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits + bonus

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing complex and changing diaries for both the CEO and COO. Ensuring enough time is left between meetings.
  • Responsible for scheduling and booking meetings and coordinating itineraries
  • Travel booking, both globally and nationally, flights, trains, taxi's and hotels
  • Managing the CEO's expenses and any other adhoc administration
  • Event management, coordinating large company events
  • Supporting on company projects
  • Office management, ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Adhoc administrative support for HR and Finance

Personal skills and attributes

  • Must have proven experience with diary management and coordinating schedules
  • Organised, professional and hard working
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite is essential
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Strong IT skills
