Your new companyA FTSE 250 property company working at their Executive office in Central London. Your new roleDuties will include:

  • First point of contact for the London office to deal with correspondence and telephone calls, post, visitors and ensuring urgent messages are actioned promptly.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive, Regional Chair, and other Directors in the office, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • First point of contact management including dealing with queries and collating documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Ensure all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance. Ensure the executive office environment is well-organised and professional.
  • Organise and manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport where required.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute documents and reports. Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Executive and Regional Chair.
