A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant who has supported UHNWI's to join a fantastic company within the finance sector. This role requires a dedicated professional who can manage a diverse array of responsibilities with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail. The role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a background in supporting high-profile individuals with mainly personal duties but also some corporate duties as well. What you’ll do:
  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and inbox
  • Extensive travel arrangements for CEO and wider team/ family member, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips
  • Property management
  • Handle personal finances, including budgeting, bill payments, and expense tracking
  • Assist with booking personal appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Handle a wide variety of ad hoc requests and tasks as needed
Who You Are:
  • Experienced PA/EA with a background in finance (ideally 5-10 years)
  • Supported UHNWI/ C-suite level with both business and personal duties
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs whilst always being 10 steps ahead
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
