A successful and fast-growing real estate firm focussing on prime residential property across London, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support it’s Managing Director, at an exciting period of growth.

Flexible/hybrid options are available.

As PA, you will be responsible for managing the Director’s busy schedule, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing proactive support across a wide range of business and personal matters.

Responsibilities of the PA:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings with both vendors and buyers
  • Attending property viewings with the Director where necessary
  • Ensure that all internal compliance has been adhered to
  • Prepare and update property listings/brochures
  • Prepare contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of property listings
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Raising and paying invoices
  • Assist in the coordination of events and promotional activities

The successful PA will have proven experience within a similar role and have outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
