Senior Officers Support Executive, Membership Body, London, permanent, c.£35,000

Our client is a high profile Membership Body with an International reputation. This role would suit you if you have PA or EA experience, plus great Administration, can draft agendas and attend and minute meetings. It is hybrid working, based in beautiful offices and you will support Senior Officers who are based around the World. You will liaise with them and their PAs and be able to build a working relationship with them over video meetings etc.

The main duties are:

  • Draft agendas, schedule, attend and minute conference calls between the Senior Executives
  • Keep the travel calendar updated
  • Create annual budgets
  • Monitor expenditure
  • Assist with drafting speeches and messages
  • Organise President’s Day
  • Travel to events and conferences several times per year for 5-7 days, which can be International

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience dealing with high level meetings and follow-up
  • Secretariat support to external committees
  • Conference Planning
  • Spreadsheets and Budgeting
  • Word - Advanced
  • Excellent written English - speech or reports writing would be useful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
  • Calm under pressure

Experience of the Constitutional and election processes and administration within a not for profit or membership organisation would be an advantage, as would knowledge of regulatory or legal. If you have minute taking that would be a bonus, as would an additional language.
