My client is looking for a highly organised, driven individual to support the Chairman’s PA of an established business. You will be supporting as a private PA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment. There is progression in this role as the current personal assistant moves to a different role in a couple of years. Hours, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.What You Will DoIn this versatile role, you will provide essential support across the Chairman’s personal and professional interests.Responsibilities include:• Acting as the main point of contact for the Chairman’s personal finances• Coordinating private activities, managing staff payroll, tracking, forecasting budgets• Acting as the first point of contact for property matters, holiday rentals and household staff management • Organising logistics for events personal and corporate• Supporting the estate management team and organising quarterly board meetings • Overseeing food & beverage orders, including wine, managing the stakeholder relationships • Coordinating art and antique acquisitions, including bids• Office admin, ordering supplies and socials • Managing personal shopping & gifts Who You AreWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with ideally UNW experience.Requirements: • 2+ years PA experience • Ideally HNW experience• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment• Strong organisational skills and maintain exceptional attention to detail• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure• Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Confidence in reconciling invoices and updating budgets• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders • A high level of discretion and confidentialityIf you are interested, please apply today.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
