Personal Assistant required to join this busy thriving team!

  • Annual Salary: £30,000
  • Location: Finchley
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Office based: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.

My client has asked me to support with their recruitment as they are now seeking a candidate with excellent office administration experience and someone who has worked as a PA previously.

This is a pivotal role that supports both the Director and Office Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules for the Director and Office Manager.
  • Distribute circulars, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Assist in the management of service charges, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with financial and other data.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
