Personal Assistant required to join this busy thriving team!
- Annual Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
- Location: Finchley
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Office based: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
My client has asked me to support with their recruitment as they are now seeking a candidate with excellent office administration experience and someone who has worked as a PA previously.
This is a pivotal role that supports both the Director and Office Manager.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules for the Director and Office Manager.
- Distribute circulars, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Assist in the management of service charges, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Maintain and update records and databases with financial and other data.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative duties.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
