Personal Assistant

Your new companyThis company are a multinational powerhouse with operations and business functions across numerous industries. Their newly relocated infrastructure business have had a vacancy arise for a Personal Assistant to join their team in supporting 2 Directors and working alongside the team.

Your new roleAs a PA within the business, this role will include (but is not limited to) the following:

• Diary management
• Meeting arrangement across multiple time zones,
• Travel arrangement (multi-destination, international),
• Processing expenses,
• Liaising with the internal PA/EA network,
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeedPrior experience taking on these responsibilities in a business setting is a necessity for the position.
