The role will be supporting the 2 Directors, mostly in their business needs but there will be some personal duties as well. The role is based in the UK office, and they also have offices overseas, so it is a brilliant opportunity to join a globally recognised company.Responsibilities:- Diary and calendar management for the Directors- Organizing both business and personal travel, including preparing itineraries, booking flights, hotels, restaurants and accommodation and organizing VISAs- Acting as a point of contact between executives, internal teams and stakeholders- Planning and coordinating events- Drafting, editing and proofreading documents, presentations and communications on behalf of the Directors- Booking and organizing personal appointments- Managing household insurances including car, home, medical and travelSkills and Experience:- Minimum of 3+ C-suite level PA experience required- Ability to think outside the box- Proactive and organised- Can work in high pressured environments- Experience doing Business and Private PA work- High attention to detailRole Details:The role: PA to Directors Location: Northwest London, 3 days in the office, 2 days wfh Hours: 9am-5:30pmSalary: Up to £60k DOE
