We are seeking an proactive Personal Assistant for a single Family Office in Central London, with a salary on offer of £50,000-£60,000 per year.

In this role, you will act as the right-hand and gatekeeper to a senior member of the Family Office and provide them with regular updates within the Office and the assets.

The deal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be flexible in working out of hours when required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Director and support in managing their workload and gatekeeper
  • Coordinate and manage the Director’s calendar and schedule in relevant appointments where necessary
  • Attend meetings and take notes, organise follow up and handle correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Assist with personal and family-related tasks to ensure the smooth running of his workload
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all personal and professional matters

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within a Family Office or UHNW environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative to make decisions on behalf of the Director, in line with their priorities
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
