Personal Assistant - Investment Management - City

Hybrid working (2 - 3 days in the office but need to be flexible on days)

£44K + excellent bens including 9% pension, on site gym, generous bonus and much, much more!

Our client is one of the UK’s leading investment management firms based in the City and is looking for a PA to support their two joint CIO’s. Working within a really collaborative team the role has come about due to volume of work and they now need a PA to get the two CIOs super organised. This is PA role with extensive diary and meeting coordination so this is a "must have" in terms of experience for this role! This is an established and reputable company with real ambition for ensuring value for clients and in turn making a wider contribution to society through sustainable achievements and create a long lasting legacy.

As a newly created role there will be lots of scope for progression and development.

Key PA responsibilities:

  • Manage CIO’s on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met by assessing and establishing priority tasks
  • Diary management?- managing conflicting demands, recognising the importance and relevance of meetings and the ability to prioritise.
  • Creating reports and presentation for internal and external clients/stakeholders
  • Provide a range of administrative support services including creating and maintenance of management information, spreadsheets, databases, project updates
  • Carry out research into specific areas
  • Arranging travel schedules including detailed itineraries and material for business trips
  • Proactive and effective email/inbox management
  • Client and stakeholder liaison where appropriate
  • Providing general administrative support and cover to all PAs during holiday and other absences

Key experience and skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role in a regulated business within Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry
  • Must have diary management and meeting coordination experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Broad understanding of corporate governance ideally
