Our client, a forward-thinking organisation based in London, is on the lookout for a talented Personal Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team in driving the business forward.

About the Role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing the fast-paced diaries of senior leaders, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, and handling correspondence. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills in a vibrant and dynamic environment, with exposure to top executives and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the fast-moving agendas of senior leaders, ensuring all changes are communicated swiftly.

  • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel for senior leadership, including personal requirements.

  • Email Correspondence: Review and prioritise email communication, managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.

  • Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with team members to prepare leaders for meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are available.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general admin support, including preparing letters, formatting documents, and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests, ensuring they are welcomed and directed appropriately.

  • Team Collaboration: Support the Business Support Team and assist in operational reporting, including creating presentations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Extensive experience as a PA to senior-level executives is essential.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

  • Education: A-level or equivalent is required; a degree is desirable.

  • Personality: We're seeking someone who is calm under pressure, has meticulous attention to detail, and possesses a proactive, can-do attitude.
