Our client, an international family office, is on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a UHNW entrepreneur and their family. This permanent position is based in City of London. If you're proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your dream role.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination of both personal and professional tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complex Travel Arrangements: Organising intricate family and business itineraries, booking accommodations, coordinating with external offices, and arranging visas and ground transportation.
  • Calendar Management: Keeping track of appointments and schedules for family members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and organising private events, high-profile dinners, and unforgettable parties.
  • Household Staff Management: Overseeing scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day operations of household staff.
  • Supplier Relations: Managing relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance work is tracked and deadlines are met.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Family office team on various exciting projects.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills to tackle complex issues head-on.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A calm demeanour with the ability to deliver swift results under pressure.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
  • Flexibility and a proactive, "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges as they arise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time).
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and an understanding of family office dynamics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with managing vendors, contractors, and household staff is desirable.
