This temporary, full-time position has an immediate start for approximately one month and is offered on a hybrid working arrangement.
This role as Personal Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to directly support the Senior Director within a leading London university providing effective and efficient management of their complex diary and inbox requirements. You will be instrumental in coordinating communications including correspondence, reports, briefings and internal communications. In addition, you will be supporting HR processes and assisting with the organisation of events and activities.
Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Senior Director’s diary and inbox - supporting internal and external commitments and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
- Acting as a first point of contact for the Senior Director, handling queries with confidence and professionalism
- Coordinating the preparation of internal communication - to include correspondence, reports, briefings, and meeting materials
- Facilitating initiatives across various teams and supporting HR and recruitment processes
- Assisting with organising and planning team social events and activities
- Providing other executive and administrative assistance and support to promote the smooth running of the team and wider university
Personal Assistant Key Skills:
- Demonstratable experience providing excellent executive support to senior leadership with an understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive with exceptional organisation and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks whilst ensuring attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and personable nature that allows for effective interaction with all stakeholders
- Highly proficient IT skills - Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and Planner
