Looking for a Personal Assistant for our client in London preferably in the retail/fashion industry.
Location - London (mostly 5 days onsite based)
Contract role - Inside IR35
Purpose:Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to (VP, Visual Merchandising), VM team, and the Architecture team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and acts on behalf of the executive in agreed areas when needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and agenda management across time zones
- First point of contact for the leadership team
- Processing expenses in line with company policy
- Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
- Booking travel and preparing trip itineraries
- Handling IT and maintenance queries
- General office administration
- Assisting with presentation and document preparation
- Event coordination (e.g., team meetings, global townhalls)
- Providing support to wider team members as required
Profile Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting senior leadership as a PA
- Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiar with travel/expense systems (e.g., Concur)
- Comfortable using VC tools (e.g., Skype, WebEx, Teams)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, discreet, and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- A true team player
