Due to exciting growth and an upturn in business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a boutique financial services company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support The Executive Director. The role will involve managing a fast-paced and busy schedule, handling personal affairs and ensuring seamless coordination and organization across all aspects of the Executive Director’s life. Due to the dynamic and boutique nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be proactive and discreet.
Duties of the Personal Assistant to include:
- Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing and coordinating all appointments, meetings, and commitments, both business and personal, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, itineraries, and visa applications, adapting plans as needed and managing all required documentation.
- Provide comprehensive personal support, including running errands (shopping, gifts, household services), liaising with service providers and contractors for property management, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Manage email correspondence, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, act as a point of contact for family, colleagues, and professional contacts, and assist in planning and executing personal and professional events, including managing guest lists, invitations, catering, and venue arrangements.
Requirements for the successful Personal Assistant:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) or in a similarly demanding environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a warm and personable approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, combined with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, research aptitude, and the capacity to work efficiently and effectively.
