We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a successful investment company based in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team, working alongside an experienced PA in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:* Extensive and complex diary management, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.* Inbox management - prioritising, responding and flagging key communications.* Organising meetings, travel arrangements and logistics.* Acting as a key point of liaison for clients, ensuring smooth communication.* Billing administration - tracking hours for client invoicing.* Expense management - keeping financial records up to date.* Handling personal tasks on behalf of the MD.* Working as part of a team-oriented environment.Key Skills:* Previous experience as a PA within a professional company (finance, legal or similar).* Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and exceptional organisational skills.* Discretion, confidentiality and trustworthiness.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join a highly successful firm based locally in North West London.
