We are currently recruiting a PA to the Director of Development and Scientific Programmes at a fantastic membership organisation based in London. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for a new permanent position within a well established organisation.

  • Significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, within a complex organisation
  • Strong project management, attention to detail and meticulous planning skills
  • Experience of dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, (including proofreading)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of political acuity, diplomacy and discretion
  • Ability to use Outlook, MS Teams, Word
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time
  • Flexibility

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00
