  • Inbox management and efficiently manage all forms of correspondence
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key staff and global contacts
  • Coordinate with staff at the employer's country estate
  • Organise tickets, itineraries and dining arrangements at various events
  • Vehicle management, including liasing with drivers
  • Book appointments and organise gifts
  • Arrange both international and European travel, including visas
  • General admin duties
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role and environment
  • Proactive, organised and highly efficient
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about providing valuable support
