- Inbox management and efficiently manage all forms of correspondence
- Serve as the main point of contact for key staff and global contacts
- Coordinate with staff at the employer's country estate
- Organise tickets, itineraries and dining arrangements at various events
- Vehicle management, including liasing with drivers
- Book appointments and organise gifts
- Arrange both international and European travel, including visas
- General admin duties
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role and environment
- Proactive, organised and highly efficient
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiastic about providing valuable support
