Our client, a leading global law firm are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant (Team Assistant) to join their team. WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy role where you’ll have a variety of responsibilities supporting your team and also working alongside other Administrative Assistants to ensure timely completion of all tasks.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Inbox management
  • Assisting with monthly billing processes and reporting
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Meeting management and document preparation
  • Travel bookings (international and domestic)
  • Supporting with opening new matters
  • Managing expenses and timesheets
  • Arranging catering when needed
WHO YOU AREWe’re looking for a Senior Administration Assistant (or someone from a Team Assistant background) who is a team player and who can effectively build relationships across the wider business. As the role is supporting on a broad variety of tasks, the role requires someone who is able to be flexible and both proactive and reactive in their approach!Essential requirements:
  • 1+ years previous administration assistant or team assistant experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable in your working style
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
