We are working with a regulatory body based in central London who are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant on an 18 month fixed term contract. As a regulatory body, they regulate legal professionals, to make sure they are working within public interest - this role will support with an ongoing project relating to a high number of cases they are currently receiving.

You will work alongside the Case Manager, and Senior Case Officer by undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support the team.

As Senior Administrative Assistant you will

  • Maintain and develop the document management system, ensuring the collation of document management.
  • Maintain logs on excel.
  • Attend meetings with caseworkers, and take meeting notes.
  • Liaise with third parties as necessary ensuring that enquiries are progressed effectively.
  • Arrange meetings for the staff of the units.

To be successful in the role they are looking for someone who

  • Has strong administrative experience, including handling email, preparing mail, records handling and dealing with telephone calls.
  • Strong electronic and copy file management skills.
  • Good diary management skills.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Resilient with the ability to work under pressure.
