You will offer direct PA assistance to one of the Partners and one Director, as well as broader administrative support to the team. This role requires strong sand communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.What you’ll do
  • Assist with updating systems, creating bills, and managing documents
  • Manage Partner and Director’s diaries and travel arrangements
  • Respond to admin inbox tasks like document formatting and adding people to systems
  • Produce reports and financial statements within deadlines
  • Handle day-to-day office admin and support team members as needed
Who you are
  • Experience working in a professional services firm
  • Experience in admin or PA roles
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to multi-task
  • Professional and maintains confidentiality
