- Assist with updating systems, creating bills, and managing documents
- Manage Partner and Director’s diaries and travel arrangements
- Respond to admin inbox tasks like document formatting and adding people to systems
- Produce reports and financial statements within deadlines
- Handle day-to-day office admin and support team members as needed
- Experience working in a professional services firm
- Experience in admin or PA roles
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to multi-task
