Our team is passionate about making a positive impact, and we are now looking for a highly organised, methodical Senior Business Administrator to join our busy and dynamic team.The Role:As a Senior Business Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective administrative support for Nurture Fostering. This role involves overseeing business support operations and supporting the agency’s compliance and safeguarding standards. Key Responsibilities:- Acting as the business support's main point of contact for foster carers, building strong relationships and providing high-quality support.- Tracking and managing foster carer training records, health appointments, and other key compliance documentation.- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports for management.- Liaising with external parties to complete reference checks and gather necessary documentation.- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and compliance are maintained across all fostering activities.Requirements:- Safeguarding Commitment: All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS check and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining strict safeguarding standards.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you’ll be engaging with foster carers, team members, and external partners.- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience setting up and managing spreadsheets.- Teamwork & Initiative: Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a hardworking team.- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role requiring organisational skills, interaction with a diverse team, and a customer-focused approach.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for supporting foster carers and children, we’d love to hear from you.
