Senior Business Coordinator - Temp to Perm

London, Temp to Perm, 5 days in the office

An established engineering company is seeking a Senior Business Coordinator to support their busy London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator with a diverse skill set to take on a key role within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and effective administrative and business support across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to support a range of requests.
  • Manage a central mailbox, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are met.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and work-winning material in line guidelines.
  • Assist Business Support Team Leaders with the implementation of SLAs
  • Coordinate local and regional events, including meetings, strategic events, and high-profile networking opportunities.
  • Manage large project tasks and requests
  • Provide Front of House cover, answering calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to promote Business Support services.
  • Deliver training, inductions, mentoring, and coaching to the Business Support Team, fostering a positive, proactive environment.
  • Provide high standards of client and employee care by addressing queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ideal Candidate

  • A professional administrator with substantial experience in business support roles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating events, handling large project tasks, and managing stakeholder engagement.
