Are you a highly organised, exceptional Senior Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? Are you looking to make a difference working in a financial institute focusing on tackling the climate and nature crisis?

If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for you to join our client, an independent, commercially focused and philanthropically financed organisation. This is a full time, permanent role with a salary between £50 to £60k. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with travel to the London office two to three times a month.

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, Board Chair and Company Secretary. You should have experience in providing secretarial and administrative assistance to Executives in a corporate or financial institution setting. Your day to day will include providing complex diary and inbox management, organising international travel and coordinating Board and Committee meetings. In addition, you will also provide support when required to other members of the senior team in order to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

Senior Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent assistance to the CEO, Board Chair and Company Secretary. To include complex diary management and logistic coordination as well as inbox support, prioritising, triaging and signposting as necessary
  • Confidently liaising with high profile stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
  • Preparation of documents to include document editing and formatting and adding e-Signatures
  • Organise complex international travel arrangements, including providing full travel itineraries including management of the CEO schedule tracking time and expenses
  • Work with the HR Manager to ensure appropriate EA support is in place and provide urgent EA cover when this is required
  • Execute other ad hoc tasks as required to support CEO and Board Chair and wider team and business such as working on projects and assisting with events

Senior Executive Assistant Key Skills:

  • Exceptional experience providing secretarial and administrative assistance to executives in a corporate or financial institutional setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with superb interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated with strong organisation and good time management whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills - highly proficient in MS Office Suite
