An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding senior Executive Assistant to join and support the Managing Partner of a well-regarded property investment firm based in the heart of Soho.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, can settle into a busy environment and make a strong contribution to maintaining the relationship with stakeholders. There will be lots of scope for this person to take on more project work as the job evolves.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complex and extensive diary management
  • Plan and manage intricate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proofreading and preparation of documents / presentations
  • Providing central point of contact for the team - the go to person
  • Client liaison
  • Setting up meetings with clients/contacts as directed
